Hi, I’m Paul, MD of Urban 3D
I founded Urban 3D in 2003 after a relatively short 5 year career as an Architectural Technologist. I like to meet every new client in person to explain in simple language who we are and what we do, and to fully understand their business problems, aspirations and future objectives.
In my mind, to build a long term business relationship (which is the key objective of my company) we have to add a high degree of value to our clients service or product, and one of my greatest strengths is the ability to offer our clients creative solutions that are economically sound.
How do I help our clients
I listen, and listen some more, and I then ask relevant questions that help get to the crux of our clients requirement. Over time I try to develop a deep understanding of our clients customers and what makes them want to buy a particular product or service over another. I study our clients competition, find out what they are doing well and what they could be doing better.
I believe it is only though an understanding of our clients industry and market that we can begin to create a bespoke creative solution that offers them a distinct competitive advantage.
