As a very distinctive development in the highly sought after setting of West London, consisting of a spectacular collection of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, The Syon embodies the essence of contemporary London living. With a clear focus on sophistication and timeless design, The Syon apartment property marketing campaign and brochure conveyed modern city life through colourful and artistic exterior CGIs with clean interior photography.
Set in an iconic building steeped in local history, a cornerstone of the Isleworth community, the Syon marketing campaign brochure used CGI to paint a picture of city life for families and gave a sense of the community atmosphere that is so central to London life.
Our client, Frontiera, wanted the high standard of finish for the apartments to shine. The design of the campaign creative certainly helped, with high-spec imagery throughout, coupled with friendly and vibrant CGI visualisations. The colour palette used stylish blues, soft greys and clean whites to support the branding and positioning of the development.
