Urban 3D developed a Luxury Property Brochure for Domaine Du Roc.
They don’t often come more luxurious than Domaine Du Roc in the Swiss Alps. A rare gem in a perfect setting that combines a contemporary style of living with authentic mountain atmosphere. The luxury homes brochure we created had to encapsulate the homes as the ultimate retreat from hectic everyday life to a peaceful mountain environment.
Colourful, warm CGIs conveyed a cosy atmosphere that brought to mind comfort, style and family vacations where, after a long day on the slopes, you can relax with your family into your favourite chair, stoke the fire and enjoy some well deserved apres ski.
The apartments included direct access to either a balcony or terrace where owners can enjoy the green park and beautiful views, all of which was conveyed in the luxury brochure design and accompanying CGIs.
A blend of modern living and alpine apartments include a home cinema room; with mood enhancing sound reducing padded walls, and deeply cushioned seating areas with pool table.
