In branding terms, we are most recognised for our property sector work. We see the development of the brand as the foundation for all future marketing activity. As with any structure, a solid foundation is required to build upon with confidence.
In this instance the branding was followed up by a range of traditional content which included illustrated floor plans, creative copywriting, photo real CGI’s and maps, all packaged up in a beautifully designed property brochure.

Logo ideas and concepts are thought up by our graphic designer and brainstormed in a sketchbook.
02 Refined Sketching
Selected logo ideas are refined, helping the designer see if the potential logo can meet the brief. This process is repeated until the designer has several solid design ideas.
03 Digital Drafts
The refined ideas are then redrawn in vector format using Adobe Illustrator. Spacing is adjusted both accurately and optically while being tested at small and large scales.
04 Font Selection & Spacing
Fonts for the logo are carefully selected based on the look and feel desired. The kerning is adjusted to provide balance and easy reading. Using proportion, spacing between the icon and wordmark is adjusted to create a finalised logo.
05 Creating Variations
Once the logo has been finalised, the designer explores different colour palettes and logo lock-ups. The final versions are then packaged and sent to the client for feedback.
